Core Preschool Program
Wee One's Preschool & Child Care has developed a fun filled, educationally rich curriculum designed to introduce and teach new skills, build awareness of the world around us, and support the ongoing developmental growth of our children in a hands on, fun filled environment. Our curriculum utilizes two main components to achieve these goals, the "Letter Of The Week" program and the weekly curriculum themes.
LETTER OF THE WEEK - The "Letter Of The Week" program teaches children alphabet letter identification, phonics, and beginning words by using songs, games, and hands on projects that teach these complex concepts. During the week of letter "A", children cut apples and make applesauce, sing "The Ants Go Marching", and pretend they are airplanes flying around the playground. We call it learning, children call it fun!.

WEEKLY THEMES - The second portion of our curriculum consists of the weekly themes. Through these themes, children learn new skills, discover the world around them, and grow and develop to their full potential. Look at a spider under a magnifying glass during the week of "What's Bugging You", and visit the neighborhood fire station during the week of Fire Safety. Each week will be something new, different, and exciting.
